*All orders are duty free and directly shipped from our warehouse in Northampton!
*These delivery windows are estimated. No rights can be arrived from these estimates. During the holiday season or unforeseen circumstances such as tough weather conditions, (national) holidays, holiday season (August, November & December) or strikes at postal companies orders can be subject to delays.
*Please keep in mind that we can not guarantee the same delivery timeframe or any form of compensation in case a package gets lost or stuck in transit due to the following reasons: incorrectly submitted address, entry/doorcodes missing or package not being picked up at a service point after a failed delivery attempt
*We strongly advise against having parcels delivered to temporary/holiday destinations as we can not fully guarantee the delivery can take place (in time). Some carriers may refuse to deliver at holiday destinations. Ordering this way is at own risk, we are not liable for a missed parcel or additional delays.
